Will VCA shorten a pre-loved bracelet?

Exactly what the title asks. I'm considering buying a pre-loved bracelet, but wondering if they will shorten it for me if I am not the original owner. Will pay the fee to shorten, of course.

Yes, they will. I bought a wg hammered bracelet and VCA shortened it. My SA sent a label. It was just like any other piece.
