Will insolia inserts work well with other inserts?

I have quite a few pairs of shoes which I have sized up because of the small toe box, so lengthwise they are long. I already have toe inserts in those shoes so that they fit, but I wonder if insolia inserts will work well with them on? I'm concerned that my toes will still slide forward...

Oh, one more thing... Will I need to size up for the insoles for the larger shoes? Thanks!

I usually order half size up if I'm intending to put insolias or foot petals in. They fit more comfortably that way.
