Will Harrods send me a bag?

I have a Harrods reward card and am resident in the Channel Islands - they are really good at sending things I order online tax free (shoes, clothes etc) and I can pay the 5% customs through Borderfree.

Could I telephone them with the right product code, pay over the phone and have the bag sent to me? I have bought Chanel bags from London boutiques but actually I don’t think I’ve bought one from Harrods so my history will be with the Bond Street store and Selfridges.

Essentially, I want the Rewards points and no faffing about with Global Blue and only getting 13% back instead of 16% as I am both cheap and lazy.

I have searched but can’t find a definitive answer - if anyone can help that would be great!

Yes, I will tomorrow if no one on here is able to answer. They are closed now. I thought worth asking as if anyone does know, it saves fruitless searching for anyone else who wants to know the same thing. It’s painful being stuck off shore when the new collection launches!
