Will Gucci Repair/Exchange this?

Hi all!

I recently bought the Gucci Leather Card Case on 27 August 2018. It hs been less than a month, however I am seeing scuffs on the edges of the wallet. Is this normal? I do not throw my wallet around, and always keep it in a bag organizer.

Should I bring it in or Gucci will simply dismiss me saying that it’s considered wear and tear, since I’ve used it?

It wouldn’t hurt to bring it in, they might dismiss it but also make recommendations on how to treat it. Or they might just send it in for repairs.

That does look like typical wear and tear to me, and it's not too bad. I think you could easily touch it up with black shoe polish.
