Hello. I got this Cooper carryall for Mother's Day. I have used it for 2 weeks total in this time. I rotate bags weekly so 2 weeks a year is probably the most I will ever use this bag.. I didn't notice this before but I hadn't looked at the bag in weeks so it's possible it was always there but who knows.

Coach has a 12 month warranty...I would give it a try.
This is copied from Coach’s website:
“Your Coach product is made to last, but if something happens, we’re here to help. We offer a one-year warranty on all Coach bags and small leather goods. For any quality-related issues within this time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty, repairs are offered at set fees.”

Thank you so much. I will take it to the store this weekend if possible. I am away tonight and tomorrow. I hope he can find the receipt. I would hate to pay for the repair. I know the price just went up.

If you can't find the receipt..Coach should be able to look it up with credit card or search purchase history.. Good Luck..
