Wide Diamond studs

hi, I'm looking for studs but I want a pair that is wide not deep. Does anyone have these? Do they have a special name? My lobes droop and my earring holes don't seem even, so the deep ones droop and just look wrong? Advice please

Maybe a halo setting to make them wider and flatter?

Get "elephant" (large, oversized) backs.
