Yes, she likely has privacy settings adjusted to restrict who can message her.
I do this on most boards. I block all but Staff and Contacts. But when I send a message to someone I'm seeking a reply from, I add them to my contact list so the return message will come in.
Exactly. And since she's made over 2 dozen posts in the days subsequent to asking me to PM her, she surely would have seen my post!
