Why does Bonanzle have privacy settings that can't be viewed?

Okay call me paranoid - So I sold two similiar items in two days and both buyers are new to Bonanzle and first time buyers and you can't view their profile.

This user's privacy settings don't allow their profile to be viewed.

Their Paypal addresses are unconfirmed and seller is only partially protected. What does partially protected mean?

These are not expensive items like $34, should I ship?

I've shipped to buyers that had the privacy feature turned on. Not sure why they do it or how to even set it though. It's up to you to decide if you want to ship. If you do,and want additional protection, just insure it, and put a signature required on it. Also ask them to confirm their address before you ship.

The public profile is not a big deal, though I don't see the point of making it private vs not entering the optional info. You state that the seller is partially protected, do you mean the transactions in which you're the seller and they're the buyers?

I think you know that you shouldn't ship to non-confirmed PP addresses.
