Why do people/buyers get mad when sellers ethically make a profit ?

I agree with the above post, if you aren't cornering the market it is fair game. Fas as I see it, I am personally willing to pay more for an item I cannot find near me, and I assume others are just as willing as me.

Well, I agree, but I also don't see anything wrong with "cornering the market." In high-end handbags there are times when only so many are made. No one really knows whether those limited editions will be worth more or less in the future. If I buy the last one (or two) and they go up in value (as determined by the free market) what have I done wrong? The key word is "free." If someone doesn't want it, or doesn't want to pay more than the "original retail price" then don't by it, simple as that.
