Why did I justreceive a blatant fake from Bergdoff

Ok...I ordered the large bronze sukey. What i received was a dark brown guccissima trimmed fake. So beware because I am sending this piece of sh!t back. I hope they don't send it out to someone.

I took pics I'll post in a min. I hope i don't have any problems with a return either. The rep supposedly made a note of the problem. Suspiciously the sukey had no return label and the rep had the nerve to suggest I pay to return the bag myself. I swear who ever packed the order had to know the bag was fake. The canvas felt like sand paper and had loose threads everywhere. I already dropped it off at the PO.

Sorry that this happened to you but this isn't the first time it's happened. There's a huge thread I think in the BV forum about this same thing happening to them. They think it might have been a bait and switch; some customer returned a fake and the SA didn't know any better. But I thought I also read that they're training the SAs to be more familiar with the brands so they can spot fakes when someone tries to return one.

This is outrageous! Wow, I think I definitely need to double check some of the BV's I ordered for my aunt then. Do you happen to know if there is a similar problem at Saks?

Wowza - that's a really really obvious fake. Seriously how can that get by the SA's? Sometimes a bag looks so fake, you don't even need to know anything about the brand to know it's a fake.
