Why can't I be happy with the bags I have?

it's mind over matter...really...only YOU can keep yourself from taking that plunge, swiping that card and buying that bag...only YOU can be happy with what you have...if you are not happy, then perhaps you are missing something else in your life and you are trying to fill the void with bags???

I agree 100%. I simply apply my golden rule, sell one to buy one. I don't miss the bags I've sold at all. They were sold for a reason, they were not being used. I don't buy something I don't love anymore, thinking I am getting a great deal is not enough reason anymore. I rather wait and get whatever I know I am going FOR SURE get use of. Simple as that.

I dont understand it either, it's like I idolize a bag thinking she's my HG and buy it, and suddenly I'm lusting after another. And unfortunately, it is a very expensive habit. But don't worry, you're not alone!
