Good question, but not enough detail!!!! First there is such a range of silver quality in jewellery, and wholesale has so many levels depending on the quantity you are buying!!!!!! Anyone can call themselves wholesale price (to the public). True wholesale meaning from supplier to retailer has requirements attatched.
I can pretty much get any jewellery wholesale, but even so, if its just for one piece, sometimes its not worth the hassle, especially for silver.
