Who makes this pretty white bag Kate Gosselin is carrying?

Hi,
Does anyone know who this bag is by? It's a nice, summery white bag with silver hardware...and it looks like something green is hanging from the arm handle...maybe a charm or a tag?

Yes, it is Cole Haan...Thank you greenpixie! And Baghag...I know you from the RM sub-forum, right!? This is a very different style from RM...but I just love the classic lines and personally, I think Kate looks great (I know I am in a minority here!)

Anyway, for anyone else interested, I found it-it's the Daisy Tote in Crystal Pink (it's actually not white...I looked at some other pics of her wearing the bag and it's a very pale, light pink).
