It's not Rolex, perhaps Patek Phillipe? They often have a black/dark face. I can't find any pictures though, sorry. X

I think it looks like a Cartier Pasha chrono with a black face, I have a similar one but the face is white. I have not ever seen a black face, so I could well be mistaken.
