I am looking for recommends on a brand that makes purses, wristlets, wallets with vintage style baseball glove leather.
I remember baseball gloves from twenty years ago that had that soft but tough leather feel and genuine scent especially when the leather was conditioned or oil. It would be really cool to find a brand making something of quality like that today and would be even cooler if they made luggage too.
I'm not sure Frye, Fossil, Nash, etc gets it done. I have seen a wristlet by Rawlings which is a baseball glove maker but some say it was cheaply made not reflecting much on the leather quality of older baseball gloves.
