Who knows about Chanel here?

Hello. If anybody knows chanel well could you please help me. One of my friends told me she just bought a chanel dress. I only saw pictures of it but I've never seen that dress before.
So is there or is there not an electric blue very short "wrinkled" dress in the SS 2011 collection? I look at Croisiere and didnt see it.
