It's from Phillip Lim 3.1 line not new collection, maybe last year or year before . Hope this help

but if you end up not bid on this auction. Plz be very careful with this collection especially I remembered that year when it first came out I bought a dress from PL boutique and trying to find another sold out dress on ebay I still remembered it was sleeveless version of this dress with white turn up frill on the skirt trim I was shocked to find the market flooded with fake dresses in new with tags cond. You can simply notice by looking at the material almost all the sheer dresses in this collection using little stiff (body) organza. fakes come in either extremely stiff organza or very sheer silk chiffon I hope you can imagine . I know this b/c alot of ppl who bought fakes wrote advise on the seller's feedbacks !!!
