The vibe is there, but it lacks a certain "refinement" to it....the shape/leather/trim, etc. as well as the lucite and leather straps - looks kinda clunky!

I went to H&M today and talked to one of their sales associates and she said they don't have this bag, and she had never seen it. So I'm not sure that it is H&M
