White spots on Neverfull canvas

The top pic looks like drip marks from hand sanitizer or something like that..the other pics look like something has scraped the coating off the canvas. Either way they won't come off as I believe the coating has been affected.

Thank you for your input. Is there anyway to fix it? I watched some videos about using a Magic Eraser but would it work in my situation?

No..I wouldn't use anything like that on the canvas, it won't change the outcome. If you pop into an LV they'll confirm the issue for you.
