These are a gift from DH. I get to select a pair for earrings.

I prefer the color of the larger pair (13mm), but the smaller pair at 11mm is much better suited to my size. Also, the smaller pair is virtually blemish free. I also need to decide on stud or dangle.

Either way, I will have them set with a small diamond.

They are my 40th birthday gift!

Wow, beautiful! Are they both perfectly round? I guess it just depends on what/when you want to wear them. Personally, a 13mm drop sounds divine! (especially since you could probably get some AAA 11mm freshwaters or inexpensive south seas again if you decided you wanted studs)

I have been waiting for PP to restock the 10mm white/pink overtone Freshadama. I feel like it has been FOREVER, lol!

Both pairs are perfectly round. I think I measured every direction with my digital calipers!

Oh, I completely know!! I want them too. According to Jeremy, it's very difficult for them to keep in stock because they're hard to come by and very very popular. Hopefully they'll come back in stock soon!

Kirsten told me they were at the Hong Kong show last week, so any new pairs should post this week. In the mean time, I have a 7-8mm Freshie strand coming on Friday...ya know...to hold me over. I lurk on the pearl forum all the time. Tried signing up a few time, but it doesn't seem to work.

Yay! That's good to hear! I absolutely love the look of the 11mm studs, but at the same time, the 13mm would be calling my name! They are both amazingly gorgeous though...! Lucky duck ;) I'm excited though, hopefully PP will kick off some of the May sale early... I think someone on the PG is calling them to ask about what's going to be offered.

First off I love your e-ring, if you don't me asking how many carats is it? I have to agree with Jan and Callire that 13mm is too big for a stud earring. I inherited my Grandmother's pearl studs and I believe they are 13mm maybe larger and they are too big to wear as a stud. Maybe I will make them into simple drop earnings which would be great. Do you have an idea how much that would cost to make the drop earrings?

My ering has a 3.5 carat center princess and each trillion is .70. Thanks! I love it too. It was actually an upgrade a couple of months ago, and a nice surprise from DH. :)

Per my jeweler, the stud would be included in the price of the pearls, but a dangle would add about 100 extra.
