Can anyone ID the white ruffle coat worn by Blair's high school friend? It's from this weeks episode (Jan 6) and it's the shown when Jenny heads back to school for the first time and sees the girls on the steps to school. All of the girls are wearing white coats, and the girl on the left is wearing this really cute white ruffle coat. Sorry, can't find a pic. Thanks!
