White Dust Bags?

My Hailey and Hippie (both black leather) came with white satiny dustbags. I've seen brown ones in bags in resale stores so I wonder if the color change is recent, or related to color? Seems like a brown dustbag would be fine for a black bag?

My black Madison leather carryall came with a white dustbag. I wouldn't expect any color transfer or anything with the leather, but regardless it came with the white satin bag with brown cord.

I have a mix of the last three kinds of dust bags... brown cottony material with red trim/cord, brown satin with beige trim/cord, and the most recent is white satin with brown trim/cord

I was wondering about this the other day. My eggshell embroidered maggie came with a brown dustbag, which seemed really strange. Unfortunately I only have brown dustbags so far, so I can't switch it out. What should I use?

I use flannel pillow cases for my handbags that didn't come with dust bags- like the ones I have bought off the bay. It work well for most bags but not so much for the big totes.

I was just wondering about this. My most recent bag came with a white satin one which I've never seen before.

Everything I have purchased from my boutique has come with the white dust bags....mind you I've only been collecting for about 7 months....

When I started in 2005 or so, it was the brown cotton ones with red stitching. Limited edition of certain lines comes with a white cotton one with purple or pink stitching. Not too long after that, I get the white satin or brown satin ones.
