Whipstitch Tote in Chalk

Here are some pics of the Whipstitch Tatum Tote in chalk. I was so excited about this bag, but for almost $600, it is going back. Just not love. Too small for me and it looks a bit lumpy when I put my stuff in it. It is a pretty bag, but just doesn't feel right so she will go back this weekend.

In any case, thought you might like to see some pics before she is brought back. Excuse the mess. Just got home from a long work trip.

Thanks for posting pics. My SA thinks this a huge bag in size. But it does not look big on you. How tall are you?

I love it...it looks great in white...too bad it shows bumps more though. I wonder if other colors would be as obvious??

I think it looks great on you. Not too small at all. I've never thought about looking at a bag for lumps, wouldnt have noticed myself.

Sorry it isn't love!! This chalk does appear to look lumpier with the contents in it than my teal one! For such an expensive bag though, return of it isn't love! looks great on you though!!

Thanks so much for posting pics! I was debating between this color and black. Think I'll stick with the black. The chalk is very pretty though, but it does seem to show the lumps more, and light colors scare me, I've had bad luck with them...

It's smaller! Not way smaller but definitely smaller. I'd say they hold the same but the saffiano looks more tote like whereas this seems more like a manageable purse size!

Thank you. It is really a very pretty bag. I think that even though the details are lovely, it is lacking something. Maybe if they had included the first gold feather fob! I thought about buying the necklace, but the bag itself was expensive enough that I can't justify it.

First, your outfit is absolutely darling! You look fab!

I'm not a fan of the chalk bag, though. I don't think it's the size. Perhaps it's just not standing out enough, but, I do tend to like bold statements. Maybe a red coat with the chalk bag would make it take the stage. I'm not helping much, am I??

t's definitely missing something. Just doesn't have that wow factor! I am in love with my teal and I really like the black but this is a bit lackluster. A gold feather fob could kick it up a notch!!
