Hey everyone, I want to make my first VCA purchase to stack with my 2 love bracelets. Problem is I don’t want to remove it before I shower. Which bracelet is durable for my concern?

solid gold for sure, but there are some stones like blue agate, chalcedony, onyx, carnelian that can get wet, but i don't know if i'd go so far as to say you could shower in them
The ones without semi-precios stones. Full pave or solid gold both are ok.
Solid gold, as others have said. Just be aware that wearing a chain bracelet with motifs with a bangle (or watch, etc) will result in scratches to both. Many people do it, but your pieces will show more wear doing so.
Your love will get scratched up, unless your Love is pave, and then you probably won't see the scratches cause there is so little metal showing on the pave Love. But like @DS2006 said, plenty of people do it. Not everyone cares.
My pave Love still got scratched because the sides are still smooth metal.
