Which t&co dbty bracelet?

do you wear any ring/necklace? I will based the decision on metal you already have. If you are okay not having that Tiffany mark (that only you can see anyway), try price one with local jeweler or bluenile.com.

I would pick platinum. Then you don't have to worry about tarnish, etc.

I'm sure you can get on less expensive through your jeweler, but if Tiffany just makes you happy (like it does for me), you'll have to go with Tiffany! :smile1:

I guess platinum has the majority vote :smile1: I wear mostly white gold earrings, necklaces and rings and predominantly sterling bracelets. I don't like to mix white gold with silver because the difference in colour bothers me...I have never had platinum jewelry but I have heard its whiter ... I guess I will have to try it with my silver bracelets to see how it looks layered.

And I've contemplated the custom route but I'm scared the bezel will be untidy.

the platinum on the dbty is so dainty that it's not a big deal that it's a different colour there is a different in colour compared to WG but it's not whiter then WG it's greyer :smile1:

I would go the custom route or get from another jewelry brand. Any competent jeweler should be able to do a bezel correctly. I have the silver DBTY bracelet with 3 diamonds and honestly with the price I paid (around $600) my jeweler could have probably done it in white gold, or with more/larger diamonds! IMO Tiffany's DBTY design isn't that original and is way overpriced (like most Tiffany jewelry). I probably wouldn't have bought the bracelet if I hadn't received a gift card for Tiffany. This is a highly copied design and available from many places.

Just check out this Blue Nile version in 18k white gold, with 6 diamonds, approx .10 ct each...costs just marginally more than the silver version with fewer diamonds at Tiffany. I'd much rather spend my money on this version as the Tiffany name doesn't matter to me personally! http://www.bluenile.com/white-gold-diamond-bracelet_4882

Also, regarding platinum, it starts off probably the same color as white gold, but over time it develops a "patina" that has a greyish tinge. My wedding set is platinum and personally it doesn't bother me. I love the satin finish.

That is a beautiful bracelet and more diamond for the money for sure. I just wish I could see before ordering. I've found the tiff ones to be very sparkly and the diamonds always somehow seem bigger than their carat weight to me...at least in the dbty style.
