I've been looking for a camel suede bag for a really long time and couldn't find one.. well now I found two that I like. The first one is the Chloé Faye and the second one is the Gucci lady web. I know the two bags are really different... but I have to choose one.

Normally I prefer small bags and bags with long straps that I can wear crossbody, which speak for the Lady web, but somehow I keep thinking about the Faye. I don't know if it is really my style or if I only like it because it is so trendy right now.. and I feel like the Lady web is more classic...

What do you think? Would love to hear some opinions :)

They are both amazing and I personally would LOVE to have either one! But I think I'd have to choose based on personal style and also uses/applications. What outfits would you be likely to wear it with? How many such outfits do you have that it would go with? For outfits that are not quite in that "style", would one or the other go with more "looks" in your wardrobe?

I agree the lady web is more classic and could go more formal. If you already have bags that fill that niche, I would go with the Faye.

If it's me personally, I would choose the Faye because I do have really nice classic bags to go with my structured looks, but my FAVORITE and most commonly worn look is much more relaxed and the Faye goes well with that "effortless casual chic" look that I am a fan of.

Good luck! I think you can't go wrong either way! Let us know what you choose! And let us drool vicariously.

Well my style is pretty casual, lots of basic pieces. Here are some of my everyday outfits and some outfits that represent my style pretty well. In my opinion both bags would fit into my wardrobe.. I'm going to Amsterdam in two weeks and I will see which bag I can find and try them on, leaning towards the Gucci though, because of the shape. Thanks for your opinion :)

I can see that Gucci replacing your chanel in a couple of those outfits. You already have something with the same shape as the Faye, so I'm leaning toward the Gucci for you too now that I see your pics. It would be a good "in between" piece for you! Love your style, too!!!

I'm posting my Gucci Lady Web in (dark red) suede. I like everything about this bag, the structure, the hardware, the smartness of the design with the casualness of the suede and of course the change of strap. The straps are both very comfortable. It functions very well and so far I've had no problems. It is an absolute classic of all classics, something that will never go out of style.

I don't have any (non-vintage) Celine but do admire. I am a bit wary of the thinness of the strap on that style and whether the bag flap stays down flat if the bag is full
