if you are strictly considering the damier azur and mono, i would say mono. i much prefer the regular damier though!!!

I say get both! Get the Mono now before the price increase and then get the Damier Azur later(since it will be part of the permanent line and will come out after the increase anyways).

Get the mono. I got a mono 30 2 days ago, and I love it. It is my 6th lv bag, and I wish it had been my first. Who cares if it's faked more than the others. What matters is that yours will be real. It's a bag that will never go out of style, no matter what the season.

i think Damier speedy 25 makes a good "First". you wont have to worry about the bag "aging". and you can use the bag till death and it will still look new~ =))

the monogram is a staple and classic...the daimer great for rain and snow...ohhh the azur looks sooo pretty.....such a tough decision...start with the mono canvas and then collect another later on so classic...the mono is a year round bag...the regular daimer is more fall/winter and the azur is spring/summer....

I would get a regular damier or mono 30 for a more roomy everyday bag and get the 25 in a fun color, either the azur or epi (red is my fave)

I'd get the mono or the regular damier first. I'm biased against light colored bags, as gorgeous as the azur is....ITA about lighter colors showing wear and tear/dirt more quickly.
