My husband and I are moving to a more casual area and I know I won't be using most of my designer bags much. I'll keep my favorites, but I still have several that I would sell. About 4 are desirable Chanel classic flaps and reissues and all in excellent condition. So my question is, with all the tiered pricing for consignment with various sites, does anyone have a general idea of the best one? I have 2 reissues and know they get less than the flaps. There are also probably two flaps, both jumbos. Since the range is pretty large, I don't know who would be the best to go through.

I sell on eBay and have had great luck there with getting the best return (Only 9% of sales goes to eBay for handbags sold over $2k) I usually submit pics for a quote to FP and at least one other site like Ann’s fabulous finds, but they have to make a profit themselves so the always lowball me. I’ve been able to sell Chanel via eBay and now they authenticate items before sending to the buyer so less chance of being scammed. If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of selling yourself then I think FP is the easiest platform to sell to. They will likely give you a lot less for a reissue in great condition than you could get on eBay so imo it’s worth the extra effort.

Fashionphile is the easiest. If the bags are in good condition and somewhat popular, you can try selling it through consignment instead which may get you more money. I currently have 3 items I consigned with Julia Rose Boston.
