Which one would you keep?

So around the holidays I purchased the Gucci Marmont WOC. I really preferred this look over the flap bag because I like how the chevron design goes all the way across. This is my first WOC but I do tend to use mini bags the most (other than for work). The only issue I really have is when you go to open it, the bag opens really wide because of the design. I kind of wish Gucci still offered the WOC with just one pocket. So recently I purchased the mini bag in the same color and I clearly don't have that issue. I much prefer the overall look of the WOC but the mini bag looks great too. So I'm deciding which one I should keep or sell. I've even contemplated keeping both. Pink is neutral for me (the same way most people have multiple black bags). My thought process is one could be a casual, running errands bag and the other for going out in the evening or formal events.


Let me know your opinion or your experiences with both!

You sound if you now in detail which one you need.

I'll leave it to you if you need both but also add I have 2 Hermes hand-held bags in exactly the same seasonal colour (different leathers) 4cm different bought within the same year. One is slightly more formal but they both can be smart, I also have 2 Gucci grey BTH, same size though not quite the same shade. If something works for you so much stick with your style/colours.

The mini camera bag definitely holds more just because of the shape. The WOC can be difficult to pack because of the accordion style but you can fit the basics (phone, keys, small cardholder, lipstick, mirror)

I like the look of both, sounds like you are deciding between look you prefer (WOC) vs. function (camera bag). I get that, sometimes you just love a bag so much you will relax your usual "bag rules" to get that holy grail. I think your heart wants the WOC so I would keep that one and just carry the bare minimum those days you use it.

Funny how most of the time, all that stuff we think we need maybe we don't need after all! I'm limited by my huge wallet, but I'm really eyeing a small bag my wallet won't fit in, but I want this bag so much that I'm thinking of just getting it anyway and the days I use it will put the few credit cards I actually use most and a little cash and driver's license in a card holder!
