Which one should I keep?

I am currently trying to downsize my (already small) bag collection and I need to let go of just one more. I’m currently stuck between these two:

Neo Noe Escale in Pastel - Wanted to let this go since I only ever used this twice since purchase. The colourway only fits spring/summer wear and even then I’m always cautious on my outfit choices due to potential colour transfer. That said I’m inlove with the colour scheme (it’s gorgeous!!!) and I consider myself lucky to be able to get this since I got in the game too late, it was sold out everywhere then. My only worry is that should I have a seller’s regret it’s quite hard getting it again even in the pre-loved market.

Capucines BB in Black GHW — I fell inlove with this bag the very moment I saw this years ago. I was just starting my bag collection then so the price was too much for me. In 2020 a month before my 30th, I came across one in a pre-loved brand new condition, being sold at an amazing price. That same month though I bought a Hermes mini K20 (black GHW) and Polene Numero Un (also in Black). Now it just feels too redundant given the colours. The other two bags mentioned covers all sizes I’ll probably ever need and they’re also much easier to use. I’m quite hesitant letting it go because IT IS BEAUTIFUL, and due to numerous price hikes I won’t be willing to repurchase it again if I regretted the sale.

Do you really have to sell?

i understand your dilemma. I was going to say keep the Capucines as it’s a classic and black but you already have other black bags...

Do you want to keep a fun summery piece? The NeoNoe is a great practical bag and I think with reasonable care you don’t have to baby your pastel escale so much and can enjoy it more.

Ooohhh. If I were you I wouldn’t sell either! But if I have to have to I would let go of Cappucine as if you really want you will be able to purchase it again. NeoNeo Escale on the other hand will be impossible to buy.

Very true! You will always be able to purchase a black Capucines again.

Cost per wear.
hope that’ll ease you on the decision a little better.
I no longer keep bags that are only beautiful and/or hard to get. The maintenance is too much and tiring (for bags unused for a long time, and especially so in my humid homeland)

I just take a video of it and safe keep, before selling if off. When I miss it, I view it. Nothing lost (since I don’t use it anyway).
