I'd get the White MC- so far mine is fine with no chipping. I also have an agenda and that's always in my bag rubbing against stuff--daily for the past year. I love the White MC so much I got a Sarah wallet too. I think as long as you don't abuse your things, throw your bag around or dump a ton of junk in your bag it should be fine.
