Have you tried these? Unfortunately imo the one with the ruby has no comparison. The ruby simply doesn't pop. I remember being so disappointed when I tried it on when it came out.
I think best is to try them on if you have the chance (if you haven't already), to see if you like them and which one you prefer.
It obviously depends somewhat on the jewellery you have already and the colours you wear, but I’d say the yellow gold/diamond option is way more versatile. I have the mini earrings and they pretty much go with everything.

It really depends on your skin tone and preference on whether YG or RG. I bought the RG version and I wear it every day. It’s subtle but dressy enough for everyday. I get lots of compliments it.
