Which one fits better? Tribute Flats

I’m having difficult time deciding. These are size 40. I’m usually between 39.5 and 40.

In the 1st and last photo, I tried to squeeze my foot forward to see how it would look if it stretches out?

What do you think?

Thank you for replying. I don’t know why I’m so torn. I’m always indecisive when it comes to shoes sizing. So frustrating!
