Which is your favorite online store for Bottega bags?

I've been lurking in this subforum for several days now after finding out from the reference thread how beautiful Bottega bags are. Just wondering for those of you who are fortunate enough to own a Bottega or several Bottegas for that matter, which online site is your favorite place to buy the bag? Which have great customer service and return policy? TIA!

We are hundreds of miles from the nearest BV and buying online is my only option.

I look at online places like Bluefly, or Saks, NM, Bergdorf's, but rarely buy from them unless there is a super special deal on price. I prefer to call my SA at the Chicago BV boutique (Kevin) and ask him to find the bag for me.

I have used Bluefly and Neiman Marcus (the selection isn't that good). BV's personal shopper, Ana, has helped me find some things. I also have bought several things through the Chicago store.
