Which is the more popular size for Cartier Tank Francaise watches -- small or mid?

I tried both on today and prefer mid for me and small for a petite person. It is also easier to read time on mid-size.

i have the smallest men's size, i am tall...but i have very thin wrists

I have small wrists and have the small size (it was cheaper than the mid-size). I wish I had the mid-size though ... I find myself liking larger watches these days.
