Which is better De Beers or Tiffany & Co.?

What is your definition of “better”?
No experience with deBeers. (I don’t think they have a brick&mortar store near me) Have been a relatively long time buyer of Tiffany.
In terms of “quality” I don’t think either of them will have poor or low quality diamonds or craftsmanship (though I’m sure they make mistakes from time to time and something slips through quality control).
I can say that they are both very commercial brands. And both definitely have higher retail prices than local jewelry stores.
Customer service really depends on who your SA/CA is and how well you get along with him/her.
Tiffany does do free cleanings for your jewelry (but that’s pretty much across the board for most luxury jewelry houses). Also, things like repairs or changes probably can be fulfilled easily by both brands; and repairs may or may not have a charge depending on when you bought it and how it was damaged.
Since I have no experience with DeBeers, I’m coming from more of a general perspective. Though I’m sure DeBeer buyers here will give further insight.

If you are looking to purchase something specific, I am sure people here can tell you the best places to buy. Tiffany and Debeers might not even be the top recommendations. Honestly, rather than doing polls, be more specific about what you are interested in buying, and you'll get more useful answers.
