I like the off-white Paddy the best. It would be great for the spring & summer. I ordered the tan pocket Paddy & returned it. I didn't like the tan that much. I'd rather have the whiskey or off-white.

Your pic looks taupe - I know people are on the fence about the that color. I'd say blanc.

I think it is the taupe color. You should look at pics of Daisy's taupe zippy and mammab's taupe pocket paddy to verify your interest in the color.

I love the blanc color! The tan isn't doing it for me. There WAS a blanc zippy (what you are calling east/west) on eBay from, I believe, a reputable seller if you want the best of both worlds...not sure if it is the large or the medium, but you might check it out.
