Which is the best Hermés Store in Paris?

Going shopping in December and want to buy my self one or my two porcelain trays. Which store should I go to? Maybe also a tie.

The rue de Sèvres store looks massive, has anyone been?

Also is the rue du Faubourg store the original store?
