Assuming it is on the bigger size (at least a Kelly 32 or larger or a Birkin 30 or larger) which bag's handle do you find more comfortable for long usage w/the bag full/reasonably full? Is the single handle Kelly more comfy (so, assume you're not using the shoulder strap) or the double handle Birkin? Please only vote if you've tried both bags :)

B30 for weight distributed throughout 2 handles…

However, I use a canvas strap on my K32 to make it crossbody which is much more comfortable for obvious reasons — I realize the scope of your question is in relation to handle comfort though, so B30 gets my vote.
that is a very interesting observation
certainly with a B the weight experienced at the hand is divided, so the 'cutting' sensation of the individual straps could be less
however the total weight experienced at the shoulders and by the arms should be no different

Birkin for sure:) even when empty or carrying for a short while, you’ll immediately feel the handles of the Birkin are easier on the arm compared to the Kelly. I think it has something to do with the edging of the handles - on a kelly, both sides of the handle are edged with glazing so that glazing’s edge digs through your arm sharper than the rolled handles of the Birkin wherein the edging is on the inside while the curved part of the rolled handles are the ones touching your arm.

Also something I noticed from daily using my clemence and togo birkins, I find my clemence birkins handles more comfortable than togo despite it being a bit heavier. I don’t know why but to me, it feels that way haha
