Help anyone...This Gucci Horsebit or the Gucci Jackie 1961 Brown (they don't have pebble) with Gold Piston?? Side note if I go with Jackie it’s less expensive and I can put the savings towards a Bottega.

Try them on with an outfit that's totally you and see which fits. They are both strong, beautiful pieces. I have variations of both. Mine is the Bouvier (like a Jackie but flatter) and it's a bit more casual than my (velvet) hose-bit 1955.


I notice that you've chosen the older version of the Jackie, I take that's on purpose. Yes, it's the darker gold, piston lock Jackie. If the colour is not the one you most want then I would get the Horse-bit 1955, it's a really special piece.

Depends on whether you need a practical or fanciful bag for your next purchase (and what is in your closet already)
If you love both equally, I would go for the Jackie due to cost per wear. . . :smile:
