Which France city to get a birkin besides Paris?

I'll be going to Paris on May and i read that if i'm lucky i'll score a birkin in FSH. But i was just wondering there are so many Hermes stores in France, do you think I'll have a bigger chance in other france cities compared to Paris? Which city do you recommend besides Paris that have birkins on display instead of hiding inside the storeroom?

Ciel..thank you for the link to H stores in France. I was just wondering there are so many stores in France, why all TPFers recommended the Paris branch? Don't you think that there'll be more stocks in other stores than Paris since less tourists are there? Why doesn't H put the full address of all their stores in their website...just wondering!!!

I believe the full addresses of the stores are there on the webby. It is right there on the link...might have to give a few clicks?

Paris branch is recommended because it is the HQ. Imagine HQ of LV store (i.e. more stocks logically speaking), surely it'd be recommended too?

I actually have a friend in Paris who went to see what they had for me a few days ago and in terms of Birkin, there was nothing yet =(

best places apart Paris:

Cannes, Monaco, in Nice is only a little shop, st Tropez and Marseille.

You also have Duty free shops in airport (Nice, Paris)
