I had decided on the pinkie for a small clash ring (picture below) but realized the size I got is too big. When I go to the boutique to exchange, should I stick with the pinkie? I realized that might be limiting in that it would be too small to be worn on any other finger if my fingers swell or shrink. On which finger do you folks wear your clash? Pictures greatly appreciated:-) Thanks for the input!

It looks lovely on your pinkie.

I have never in my life worn ring on pinky and thumb. And I find my pointer finger is like a men’s finger which means any ring I wear on that finger looks huge (which I’m not fond of). This means I’m always limited to middle and ring only. And mostly my rings are middle-finger size so that I can switch to my ring finger. My only rings that fit only permanently on ring finger are my wedding band and e ring.

Anyway the choice is really personal!

I just bought the small clash ring two weeks ago and I wear it on my middle finger. I just love it. I already have a trinity ring on both pinky fingers, and it looked the best on my middle finger. I will say this though, if your pinky finger has a very slender knuckle, as many do, you may find it could be more prone to slipping off if worn on that finger. I find having a larger knuckle offers some buffer to the prospect of a ring falling off.

Personally I prefer not to have rings on my thumb and pinky fingers as I would be worried that they would be more exposed to elements such as opening metal door knobs or holding a heavy door (this is oddly specific but is how my apartment entrance is).

I think clash feels most comfortable on pointer or index finger …due to the way the patterns wraps around entire finger….however I went wth my ring finger as I just don’t have any rings for that finger and loved how it looks there ….but am debating whether to change it to larger size for the pointer finger as it definitely doesn’t feel as comfortable on my ring finger as both the sides keep hitting the raised spikes

That is absolutely what happened! I just exchanged it today because it was far too large for the little finger—-even though I have large knuckles even on the pinky!

I exchanged mine for a size that fits my ring finger too! I wear a JUC on my index finger, and when I wore Clash on my middle finger, I didn’t like how it rubbed against JUC. It looks lovely on you on either finger!

How funny! Looking at your picture, I was thinking how slender and graceful your fingers are (including your index)! Clash looks so good on both on you.

While I would like the clash on my middle finger, in terms of comfort I'd go for the pointer finger.
I don't think the spikes hurt or are very pointy, but just pressure being in between fingers may feel uncomfortable in the long run.
Good point! I exchanged it for a size that fits my ring finger, and I do notice the spikes again the neighboring fingers. I actually like the way it feels, though! We’ll see if it starts to be bothersome:-)
