Which extra strap included with the Cartier Roadster?

Hi everyone,

I’m considering buying myself a steel Cartier Roadster for my birthday and recently read on the website that you receive an extra strap alongside the steel one. Does anyone know if you get a choice of which strap you would like, or is there a standard one included? I had a look through previous posts and it looks like you receive a leather band with the more expensive versions of the Roadster (gold etc), but can’t find any info about the steel version.

I would love to hear from anyone in the know! Thanks in advance for your help :D

I was so lucky. My Cartier roadster pink face did not come with the extra strap. I read on TPF that I was supposed to receive the burgundy satin one. I contacted BB&B almost one whole year later after initially purchasing the watch. They promised to order it in early summer. I kept checking and checking and they kept saying it will take a long time. After BB&B announced their closings, I never thought I would get one. Finally, yesterday, the manager pulled one from another boxed watch in the store. Now I just have to figure out how to change the bracelet into the satin strap. Does anyone else wear their roadster with the other strap? Just curious, what do you think the retail value is of the extra strap?

i knwo this is old but iwanted to say that the extra strap is about 200USD ( i have the pink one and i want a black strap)

and its really easy to switch them
