Which evening bag

Hi guys,

I have been trying to buy an evening bag for months now and have narrowed it down to these two. Can you help me choose between them?
Gucci super mini and YSL small woc.

I love them both and have mostly Louis Vuitton DE in my collection. No black bags so would like a small black bag for a nice dinner or night out.

Any suggestions?

I’m 4’11” medium build by the way.

I think it will be more classic than the Gucci. I have read other comments from TPF members saying the same. The Gucci seems to be more trendy.

I would much rather have the little Gucci. Gucci make leathergoods.
It's Gucci made by Gucci whereas the YSL is YSL/SLP made by Gucci.

The YSL is definitely more classy then the Gucci IMO. I also think the Gucci is fairly casual whereas the YSL is a bit more dressy but can easily be worn casually too. And I really do think the Gucci bags are more trendy. I think they will look dated much faster then the YSL bag.

Thanks for all of the responses. I’m so indecisive. I’ve just checked out the Chanel website for their WOCs and for £1,300 they have one on there that’s very beautiful so now I’m tempted to save a bit more and go with Chanel. This is so hard!!!
