It depends what you mean by had made.
Even Hermes has to use machines operated by hand for parts of bags and some bags are not made by hand. It's not a black and white issue for any company. BV weaves its Cabats by hand but there are still machines in the process, other bags use already woven material but are hand finished. Gucci hand cut all exotics (there is only one man at one factory who cuts croc) and the process is a mixture of man/woman at machine and hand process, it all depends.

Yes this. I think they can only go so far because there are parts that a machine can do more securely than by hand.As far as I know Goyard, Moynat, Hermes and BV bags are made by hand as far as possible. Some parts are made by machine (of course by a craftsman), since it's more convenient and delivers a better result.

Massaccesi makes their bags one at a time in their leather atelier. A lot of their bags are done by hand but the stitching is done by machine to make it secure. The reason I purchase them is that they are not made in a huge automated factory but by leather craftsman in Italy. That is important to me.
