I like all three of the colors. Having said that I have only seen the navy in real life. The luggage color could be a great "workhorse" color. I think the gray is pretty and sophiscated. For me that wouldn't work as I would be afraid I would really get something on it that I couldn't get off. I tend to go for a lot of tan, brown bags. I fell "in love" with Dooney Florentine in the natural, and now own way to many. The navy, to me could be a great neutral as the gray could. I purchased the navy a couple of days ago. It was hard to find, but that was the color I wanted, and plan to use it as a neutral all year round. My son graduates from college in Russellville, Ark. in Dec, and I plan on taking this bag. Another reason, the weather there that time of year could be ice, snow and felt the navy could just be wiped off. Is this going to be an everyday bag, and what colors are in your wardrobe? Hope I didn't confuse you, but my thoughts about colors. Let us know what you decide. Happy Selma shopping!
All 3 colors that you mentioned are gorgeous, the luggage goes very well with warm tones and I think the grey and the navy with cooler tones. I love all 3 of them and it really is a personal preference. If I had my choice it would be hard for me to decide between the navy and grey, but the grey really stands out to me for some reason and looks very classy.
If I were to obtain a Selma in one of those colors today, I would go for the navy or pearl grey. The pearl grey is so stunning and I could see it working really well even in winter. The navy is also very luxe looking too, and would probably be easier to keep clean looking. Either way, you will look amazing so good look choosing and please let us know what you end up with!
I vote for the pearl grey. I own it and I used it for a month straight. It goes with everything, very classy looking and love the silver hardwear on this bag.
I also like all three colors. Something that might help you decide is that the hardware on the navy and luggage is gold, while the hardware on the grey is silver.
I personally like the navy as an unexpected neutral. The luggage is great if you don't have something in that color already, and I see it as more conservative. I would think that the grey would be the hardest to match with clothes, but it depends what colors you usually wear.

But the Selma in pearl grey is stunning. 
I like all of them, but personally I would go with navy. Grey is lovely but I didn't love it irl, and the luggage is pretty but I prefer that color in the softer leather. Go with what YOU love though. All will match everything beautifully!
