Michael Kors Which colour Selma to get? Navy or Luggage?

Hi I'm getting my first MK bag - a large Selma! However I'm having a hard time deciding which colour to get. I initially liked Luggage but when I tried it on, it appears that Navy suited me better. I'm not sure if it's because of what I wore that day - white shirt with black pants.

Do these 2 colours belong to different colour types? i.e. Luggage is more warm while Navy is more cool?

Anyway, do let me know which colours you girls prefer? :)

Your experience with navy was probably due to your outfit that day. White and black would look better with navy (close to black in color) than luggage. I prefer luggage because it goes with practically every imaginable color. However, navy with gold hardware is beautiful, too. If you tend towards darker handbags and want a black handbag substitute, go with the navy Selma.

I recently brought a selma, I picked luggage as it can be worn all seasons as well being able to be worn casually or with smarter clothes.

I'm going to say if you buy a selma, definitely get a color that goes with your wardrobe because it is a heavier bag once your stuff is in it... I'd go with luggage all the way!

Thanks peeps! It was a tough choice between these 2 colours! I went with Navy at the end. Luggage is a very nice colour which I originally liked but I think it just doesn't go with my skintone? I also ended up scoring a Coffee at Macy's @ 25% + 25% :D

I prefer the navy more since you can match it better with everything else. Also, navy is a color you can wear all year round since its a good neutral color.

I had this same dilemma with color choice and chose navy! But I went back to get the luggage as well a few hours later as the deal was too good to pass up! I vote navy out of the two though!! Great decision!
