Even without a COACH RECEIPT? My store is HUGE on receipts.



The leather is way thicker and squishy IMO

I returned a bag from 2007 without a receipt and they didn't even ask about where it had been bought from. It did come from a Coach store but that was never even mentioned. It's been my experience that what they can do and will do varies by store and SA.

I went to FP today and looked at cognac duffle. What a beautiful bag!!!
The leather feels totally different from the Sand I had.
Maybe cognac shows wear less? I hope! Because that's now on top of my list!

I have a bag from the 70's with a broken zipper that I took in and they are repairing the zipper for free. Obviously I didn't have a receipt.
