Which Chanel purchase(s) did you regret?

My regrets, other than a mademoiselle bag, are ones that I sold.
I regret my reissue 266—-looking back I should have purchased the 255. It’s too big for my lifestyle and it’s been sitting for years. I’m considering letting it go. The only thing stopping me is the current boutique price—could never re-purchase in the future if I miss it.
I bought two black 226 and sold both. Finally got a 225 a few years ago. Couldn't be happier.
I’ve sold the Chanel bags I regret buying for the most part. Seasonal bags mostly. As well as a trendy cc and a coco handle. I regret buying so many pink medium classic flaps (I have 4), but at the same time, I like them all and won’t sell them… yet. I have purchased 4 Chanel bags so far this year… and I like them all, but they suited needs more than wants in the case of 2 of them. So in a few months I may regret those.
Really! I had 227 which is bigger than 226 and was perfect size for me, sold it because having enough bags not because it's size. I did not find it was big, and it was very comfortable to wear.
After looking at my 226 again--decided to keep it! Thank you for reminding me why I purchased it in the first place! It is much lighter than my classic flap and can fit glasses!
I have 225 and 226. Love them both, differently. Would not sell either.

I am however very curious regarding your comment on the weight. I dislike my 226 mainly due to it being heavy and I find it much much heavier compared to my small classic flap. Which size flap did you compare it to?
BTW both bags 226 and small classic flap easily fit my glasses, even my Chanel WOC does.
Hi! Yes—comparing it to my medium classic. At least that’s how it feels to me but I didn’t weigh them so I could be wrong. And I sometimes carry three pairs of glasses—so need more space. Please accept my apologies on the weight and space.I am glad you re-discovered your love for you 226!

Thank you for clarifying! I don't have a medium flap but intend to purchase one and was hoping it's more similar to the small flap in weight (lighter than 226).

It can rest on its laurels of “oh but it was the holy grail Chanel bag” and “well I got it before the prices went crazy!”
But it is my least used bag. And if I held it in my hand and Marie kondoed it, the truth is I’m only keeping it because of the above too thoughts and not because it brings me joy like the others.
