I would go with the diamonds! Actually both are lovely!! I'm not much help. Have you tried them both? That's the only way I can ever make up my mind about anything is to try on the piece and see if I get that little "ooh" feeling. Then I know which is coming home with me!!

For my first love I chose the YG with diamonds. To me it looks more classy for your first if it is your first. Also for some reason the SA at Cartier on 5th ave said something about the colored stones not being as hard as the diamonds and can get damaged. But I don't have one so I don't know about that just what she just said.
